1972 Obtained my California Real Estate License while managing a printing plant in Los Angeles, CA. Shortly after obtaining my real estate license I went into the Financial Institution / Commercial Building Design / Build / Furniture business with my father where I used my real estate knowledge to assist our clients with site location and purchase of their forthcoming design and construction of a financial institution branch, commercial or industrail building.
1979 I obtained my California General Contractor License and have been involved with locating, purchasing property and developing facilities for commercial and industrail clients until 2007 when I decided to retire.
2004 Susan and I relocated to a Trilogy at Glen Ivy an upscale, resort style, 55+ community golf community located in the foothills of the Cleveland Forest in western Riverside County.
There our neighbors discovered I was a licensed real estate agent and licensed general contractor. After having been querried quite often by our new friends and neighbors about real estate I decided to make real estate my next part time career.
Well that lasted about one month because as soon as I put one sign out I started getting more calls from more neighbors and residents of Trilogy so I immediately became a full time real estate agent.
